Amazon Web Services (AWS) officially announces a next-generation AI training chip (Trainium 3 or semantic equivalent) at re:Invent 2026 (approx. November/December 2026, Las Vegas), confirmed via AWS press release or AWS blog post

AWS followed a two-year cadence for AI chips: Trainium 1 at re:Invent 2021, Trainium 2 at re:Invent 2023. Trainium 3 would thus be ready for re:Invent 2025 or 2026. Since no standalone Trainium 3 launch was confirmed at re:Invent 2025 (data uncertain), 2026 is a strong candidate. AWS directly competes with NVIDIA's Blackwell architecture (H200, B200, GB200) for AI training workloads. Given NVIDIA's dominance (Data Center revenue Q2 FY2027 >$80B, open prediction), AWS has strong economic incentive to advance its own chip roadmap. Base rate for hardware keynote announcement at re:Invent: ~68% in a two-year cycle year.

Brown-Forman Corp. (NYSE: BF.B) reports an organic net revenue decline year-on-year in Q2 FY2027 (August–October 2026, release expected ~December 2026, confirmed by BF.B press release or Bloomberg by 10 December 2026)

Brown-Forman's Q2 FY2026 (August–October 2025) showed revenue declining to USD 1.036 billion (from ~USD 1.11 billion prior year) and EPS falling from $0.55 to $0.47. The company confirmed 'every major spirits category is declining except RTD beverages' and cited 'deteriorating market conditions in China and weaker-than-expected US rebound.' BF has heavy exposure to whisky (Jack Daniel's, Woodford Reserve) – categories facing persistent structural headwinds. Rémy Cointreau's –11% organic Q2 FY2026 miss provides a broader industry indicator. No direct market odds.
